Euler Hermes Client Service aims to providing customers with proactive and timely response to various questions around the product and the policy.
We recognize the importance in responding to customer queries which need to be resolved smooth and quickly without compromising quality. As part of our continued commitment providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service, we have recently launched "The Customer Line" as single point of contact.
What is the Customer Line?
The Customer Line has been created to complement the service received from our Account Manager. Your Account Manager will proactively remain in touch with you and renewal will be part of the service offered.
The Customer Line aims to answer your call speedily, there and then, with minimal requests being referred on to department specialists. The Customer Line team is available from 8.30am -1pm and 2pm- 5.30pm providing customers with a more consistent and accessible service.
The Customer Line has been set up to deal with a whole range of day to day queries including those affecting your Policy, Procedures, Claims, Risk and On-Line Services. The Customer Line will be able to answer your day to day queries and if additional or specialist knowledge is required your query will be referred to the relevant specialist or department to be answered instantly.
